You understand that you are not being compensated for the rights to this photo in any way.
You have the right to request that your page be removed at any time and tnsv agrees to do this with only a reasonable delay. tnsv assumes no other obligation by accepting this photo.
tnsv assumes no responsibility for any damages or liability caused by your publication of any photo on your page.
tnsv has the right to refuse publication of any photo with no explanation.
tnsv reserves the right to alter this agreepeoplet at any time. We will email notice of changes to the email address you provide.
In the event of activity deemed to be unlawful or a violation of our standards, we reserve the right to release information to the proper authorities, if the information is subpoenaed, and/or if we deem it necessary and/or appropriate. By submitting a photo or other information, you agree to hold tnsv harmless for all good faith acts to comply with legal requirepeoplets.

The content of profiles is contributed by tnsv participants. When you submit a photo, you represent that you are the owner or lawful user of any copyrighted pictures, images and text. You grant tnsv full rights for reuse of this material, per the User Agreepeoplet.

BE LIABLE (i) TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES INCLUDING ALL DAMAGES CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, IMPRUDENCE OR INCOMPETENCE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROGRAMS, COST OF PROCUREpeopleT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE tnsv.com SERVICE, EVEN IF tnsv.com, OR ITS AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES KNOW OR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR (ii) TO ANY PERSON OTHER THAN YOU. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, tnsv.com, LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO tnsv.com FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP. NO ORAL ADVISES OR WRITTEN INFORMATION GIVEN BY tnsv.com, WILL CREATE A WARRANTY; NOR WILL YOU RELY ON ANY SUCH INFORMATION OR ADVISE.

Strictly prohibited on profiles:

False or misleading advertising
Posting of material owned or copyrighted by others.
obscene materials
Images of child abuse
Sexually explicit material of any kind
Images of animal abuse
Expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassmentt, or abuse
Threats of harm to anyone
Obscene or offensive words or phrasing
Illegible text or photographed text documents
Guns, knives, or similar weapons, if at all threatening
Anything tnsv determines, in its sole and unfettered discretion, to be in poor taste, questionable judgpeoplet, offensive, or that fails to respect others.
You should regard profiles public. tnsv makes no representation, nor assumes any duty nor liability, as to any consequences arising from those who may contact you as a result of your posting personal information, and you do so at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other tnsv.com Members. tnsv.com, reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. We make no representations as to a person's marital or relationship status. Any references to this status has been supplied by the participants.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tnsv.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including ,without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to, arising out of or resulting from your use of tnsv.com service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement or any accusation that content of any information that you post on this service infringes the intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trade secret, trademark or patent) of any third party or that any such information disparages, libels or invades the privacy of any third party.

You will not post on the tnsv.com service, or transmit to other tnsv.com Members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).

Under no circumstances will you post presentations that seek an individual under the age of 18.

You will use the tnsv.com service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations of the United States of America, Canada and of your locality.

You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other tnsv.com Members
